FWA-AWF Mentoring 2022 - Mid-Point Event: Work-Life Balance & Dealing with Stress
Dear Mentors and Mentees,
We hope you have had a good start to your mentoring journey so far.
Time flies, and we are almost at the mid-point of the programme. We would like to invite you to gather for our Mid-Point Event as a check to keep up the momentum and energy of the programme.
Mentees have identified Work-Life Balance and Dealing with Stress as a key topic of interest.
Thanks to the overall relaxation of COVID-19 social-distancing measures, we are now able to organise this Mid-Point Event as a physical rather than virtual event. OMERS has very generously offered us the use of their staff lounge and courtyard for this event to allow for physical networking.
We ask Mentors and Mentees to make time for this session to achieve a critical mass of c. 60-70 pax (the capacity of the physical venue), understanding that many will be travelling on business.
As before, we have engaged Avodah People Solutions (www.avodahsolutions.com) to facilitate this session together with FWA.
