Ms Agnes Koh was appointed Chief Risk Officer of SGX from January 2014. She is responsible for championing and leading enterprise risk management activities across the organization, formulating the risk framework and assessments for new products and business strategies, and managing the clearing risk of SGX's securities and derivatives clearing houses. Since September 2015, Ms Koh oversees the business continuity management of SGX. She is also appointed as Chairman of Energy Market Company (EMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of SGX which operates Singapore's wholesale electricity market from 1st October 2018. She is an Executive Committee member of CCP12, a global association for central counterparties that work together on issues of mutual interest and benefit to minimise global systematic risk and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of international markets.

Ms Koh joined SGX on 1 December 2005 as Vice President in Risk Management and has worked through various roles within risk management. Prior to joining SGX, she had more than 11 years of experience in managing the foreign reserves of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and was also an auditor with a public accountancy firm.

Ms Koh was conferred the Distinguished Fellow award by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) in 2016. The IBF Distinguished Fellow is a significant role model who serves as a beacon of excellence for the financial industry. She is a Certified Public Accountant from Institute of CPA and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from National University of Singapore.

Anubhuti is a Senior Principal Consultant for the Wealth Business in Mercer, Singapore. She is responsible for delivering investment solutions and advice and driving strategic partnerships across South-east Asia.

She has over 17 years’ professional experience in the investment industry with a focus on quantitative strategies and equities. Before joining Mercer, she was the CEO for Singapore and Head of Equity Quant Investments (formerly Rosenberg) for APAC at AXA Investment Managers. She was responsible for developing the strategy and driving the business, research, sustainability and investment agenda for Rosenberg in the region. She was a member of regional and global leadership teams including Asia Executive Committee and Rosenberg Global Management Committee and worked on multiple complex client and business projects.

Prior to this, she served as the Head of Portfolio Management and Deputy Chief Investment officer for the region. During that period, the business delivered several important milestones, developed complex new investment capabilities, undertook leading-edge platform-wide ESG integration and completely overhauled the portfolio construction process.

Anubhuti is an active contributor on investing, leadership and ESG related topics.  She advocates for diversity, mentoring and knowledge-based volunteering to advance the investment industry. She has served on the global CFA Institute Education Advisory Committee as a member and Vice-chair for a term of 6 years. She is a member of the Nominating Committee for CFA Institute Board of Governors. She has been appointed as a member of the CFA Institute ESG Technical Committee starting September 2022.She sits on the Advisory Board of Singapore Chapter of CAIA Institute. She is a mentor and champion at Financial Women’s Association of Singapore and supports LGBT Great.

Anubhuti holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (First class Honors) from Nanyang Technological University and a Certificate in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder and has Certificates in ESG Investing and Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM).

Celynne recently joined the First Abu Dhabi Bank as Head of Credit Asia (ex India) where she will provide credit leadership across Southeast Asia and the Greater China markets.  She also joins the leadership team in Singapore.  Prior to joining FAB, Celynne had a 10-year career in HSBC where her last position was as Head of Wholesale Credit Risk Management for HSBC Singapore, overseeing credit risk management for the Global Banking, Commercial Banking and Private Banking segments of the branch.  Celynne has worked in various financial institutions such as ANZ, Deutsche Bank and Citibank where, in the latter, she had a total of 14-year stint which included a leadership role in the bank's regional risk analytics unit.    Celynne is a risk expert with work experience spanning more than 30 years.   On top of credit risk management, she has experiences in traded and treasury risk management and has also held front line roles in both coverage and products.

In HSBC, she was part of the Aspiring CRO Program which opened with a short course at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge in 2018.  Celynne is a Singaporean and holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University, Manila Philippines.  She is a mother of two boys and enjoys reading, playing tennis, catching up with friends and travelling.  Celynne also engages in volunteer activities for her local parish church.

As MSCI’s APAC Head of ESG and Climate, Chitra is based in Singapore and is responsible for the ESG and Climatebusiness across the diverse region. 

Chitra initially spent 15 years in Investment Banking, a number of those being in Project Finance in the Green Energy sector. 

Following that, she focused on Cleantech Investments in China, followed by a few years in Corporate Development and ESG. 

Chitra has lived and worked in 10 countries across APAC as well as Europe. Chitra was on the Board of Collective Responsibility and Green Initiatives for a number of years. Chitra holds an MSc in Environmental Economics from the London School of Economics, which spurred her on to a Sustainability-focused career path.

Ms. Tan is Chief Executive Officer of GMO Singapore Pte. Limited and is responsible for operational and governance matters for GMO’s Singapore office. She is also involved in business development support for GMO’s Global Client Relations efforts in Asia. Prior to joining GMO in 2004, she worked at Ernst & Young, Singapore, where she was involved in the advisory and assurance work in several fund management companies in the local market. Ms. Tan earned her Bachelor in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is a CFA charterholder and a non-practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Daphne is chief executive officer of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) Singapore and head of GSAM's South and South East Asia Client Business. She is a member of Goldman Sachs Singapore Leadership Group and sponsor of the Southeast Asia Women's Network. Previously, Daphne was a member of the Southeast Asia Institutional Sales team, and before that, served on the Liquidity Sales team. She joined the firm as an executive director in 2010 and was named managing director in 2017.

Prior to joining the firm, Daphne spent 11 years with Societe Generale Asset Management in Singapore and Australia, holding senior roles in distribution, client relations, marketing, product development and compliance. Before that, she was a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen. 

Daphne earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University
of Western Australia and is a CFA and CPA charterholder.

Deanna Ong is Chief People Officer and Managing Director at GIC, responsible for Human Resource & Organization, and Corporate Governance for the GIC group. GIC is a global investment management company managing the foreign reserves of the Government of Singapore. GIC invests internationally in public equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity and infrastructure assets. 

As Chief People Officer, Deanna is responsible for human capital strategy to attract, develop and retain talent for GIC’s group performance, seeded with the right values and culture. As part of the Group Executive Committee, her areas of focus include talent acquisition, leadership development, reward and engagement for business effectiveness, and organizational performance. Deanna also serves as Company Secretary with oversight for corporate governance and client relations. 

Deanna was previously Director Finance from 2009 to 2014, where she headed the Finance Group responsible for financial management across GIC’s portfolio, covering financing arrangements for assets, tax planning, investment holding structures, accounting and management of revenue and expenditure. 

Prior to GIC, Deanna was a Tax Accountant with Arthur Andersen. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, and completed the Stanford Executive Programme. Deanna is a board member of Swiss Re Ltd, the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds and Nanyang Business School Advisory Board.

Deborah Ho is Managing Director and Head of South East Asia for BlackRock.

Based in Singapore, Deborah is responsible for a wide-ranging portfolio in markets across South East Asia. This includes delivering the breadth and depth of BlackRock's capabilities to clients in the region.

Deborah is a member of BlackRock APAC Executive Committee and also part of the global Human Capital Committee which is responsible for driving talent management, holding people managers accountable for deliverables and creating an inclusive culture where all employees feel a sense of belong.

Deborah is the APAC Chair for WiN and has had extensive experience at the helm of various women's networks in the financial services industry in Asia and continues to champion gender equality in the workplace.

Deborah has over 25 years of experience in financial services and is an Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Fellow. She is on the investment committee of the LKY fund for Bilingualism.

Deborah was named as one of the Top 25 Most influential women in asset management in Asia Pacific by Asian investor magazine in 2011.

Diana Ng is Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific at Bank Julius Baer. Based in Singapore, she has been with the Bank since 2011 and was previously Head of Finance Asia. 

Prior to joining Bank Julius Baer, Diana worked at HSBC Private Bank and Merrill Lynch International Bank. She has more than 20 years of work experience in the finance division of the wealth management industry. 

Diana holds a bachelor degree in accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. She is a chartered accountant of Singapore since 1997.

Eleanor Seet joined Nikko Asset Management in 2011 as the President and Director of the Singapore entity. She became the Head of Asia ex-Japan in 2015 with expanded responsibility for driving the growth of Nikko AM in the region. She has oversight of Nikko AM’s Singapore and Hong Kong offices, with a total staff strength of approximately 140. Additionally, she has oversight of Nikko AM's joint venture relationships in China and Malaysia and is a board member of Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad.

Active in industry, Ms Seet currently serves as vice-chairman on the Executive Committee of the Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS) and is also a member of the Institute of Banking and Finance Fund Management Workgroup. She is a founding member of the Bloomberg Women’s Buy-side Network, which tracks future investment trends and aspiresto serve as role models for the next generation of asset managers in the region. She is a member of CAMRI Advisory Council, part of the NUS Business School.

In 2017, Ms Seet was conferred the IBF Fellow distinction by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore. The IBF Fellow title recognises industry veterans who exemplify thought leadership and commitment to industry development.

Ms Seet is a pioneer in the asset management industry with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Nikko AM Asia, Ms Seet led the distribution efforts for iShares concentrating on the wealth segments across Asia ex Japan.

Previously, she spent 12 years at AllianceBernstein, where she was responsible for building and developing the firm’s distribution channels and business. In that capacity, she was responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the firm’s product offerings in South East Asia via intermediaries.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.

Eliza Ng is a Senior Banker and the Head of Corporate Client Coverage for Societe Generale in South East Asia, based in Singapore. She has more than 20 years of experience in banking & finance, specializing in the coverage of corporate clients located in ASEAN, across industries. Eliza is also the champion of the Gender Network for Societe Generale Singapore Branch. 

Before joining Societe Generale, Eliza was the Head of Local Corporate Coverage at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Singapore where she was responsible for the coverage of a portfolio of large corporate clients headquartered in Singapore. Eliza’s experience in banking include the origination and execution of various forms of debt solutions, capital markets solutions, transaction banking and market risk solutions to corporate clients ranging from SME to large corporates. Prior to RBS, Eliza was a relationship manager with DBS Bank in Singapore.

Genevieve Heng is co-founder of Anthem Asia, an independent, women-led investment group focused on investing in small- and medium-sized enterprises in Myanmar.  Genevieve has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital investing stretching back more than two decades including playing a senior role on CLSA Capital Partners pan-Asian private equity platform. She has been actively involved in strategy, finance, mergers & acquisitions and regional expansion for investee firms in Singapore, India, China and Indonesia as well as Myanmar.

Genevieve started her career as an information technologist at Singapore Press Holdings before embarking on a career in finance. Her outside interests including volunteering for a range of non-profit organisations.  Genevieve holds a BSc in Computer & Information Sciences from National University of Singapore and an MBA from London Business School, UK.  She is also a CFA and CAIA Charter holder.    

Gunjan is currently a Managing Director & Head of Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) for Asia. She runs a regional sales team located in eight different countries. Through innovation, competitive differentiation, leveraging Citi’s global footprint and local presence; her team aims to execute break-through ideas to deliver bespoke, superior risk management solutions to Citi’s institutional clients as a trusted partner, across rates, currencies and commodities. 

Gunjan joined Citi in 2002 in Singapore and has held various positions in Asia and NY, spearheading several notable transactions across corporate, financial and public sector. 

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University, a Master of Computer Science from the Singapore Massachusetts Institute of Technology Alliance and is a CFA Charter holder. 

She is married with two daughters, Ages 9 and 5.

Giao Pik HO is Managing Director at United Overseas Bank and has overall business responsibilities for Banks Clients Coverage in the Group’s network of 19 countries, leading teams to deliver on total client relationship value across all products of Global Markets, Syndications, Debt Capital Markets and Global Transaction Banking.

Preceding that, Giao Pik spent 19 years in senior management, client coverage, risk management and operations in ANZ and Standard Chartered Bank. In ANZ Singapore, she leads the Financial Institutions business in a number of South East Asia and Mekong countries with focus on Banks, Insurance, Funds and Diversified Financials clients. A member of ANZ Singapore’s Management Group and leadership committees, Giao Pik is also a founding EXCO member of Money-Minded Singapore, ANZ’s flagship financial literacy program. 

Giao Pik is passionate about diverse leadership, perspectives and inclusion and serves on BoardAgender Management Committee, a Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO) initiative and is also a mentor with Financial Women’s Association. 

She is an alumni member of the CEW Leaders Program and holds a MBA from University of Hull, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics degree from University of Toronto, Canada. Giao Pik has 3 children and is currently preparing for her 1st ever half-marathon so that she can enjoy running with her teenage boys. 

Based in Singapore, Hui-Joo Hoo is the Chief Compliance Officer for Asia Pacific responsible for the compliance teams across the region. She is a member of the Barclays Asia Pacific Executive Forum and Global Compliance Management Team. 

Hui-Joo joined Barclays in 2007 and was previously the Head of Compliance for Personal and Corporate Banking, Asia Pacific, before taking on the role of Chief Compliance Officer in February 2016. 

She is a member of the Barclays Asia Pacific Regional Citizenship Committee and Barclays Singapore Women's Initiative Network (WiN) Senior Advisory Panel. She is also the winner of the Chief Compliance Officer of the Year, Rest of World at the 2017 Women in Compliance Awards. 

Prior to joining Barclays, Hui-Joo worked in the International Personal Banking unit of Citibank between 2000 and 2007, providing support across various compliance functions, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Investment Compliance. She joined Citibank in 2000 from KPMG where she was a Banking and Finance Consultant, providing regulatory, compliance and control advisory services to financial institutions in Asia Pacific. 

Hui-Joo holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking) degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Ivy is a Managing Director of J.P. Morgan's Legal Department and has recently been appointed the General Counsel of the Private Bank in APAC, based in Singapore.  Prior to her new role, she headed up the Investment Banking Capital Markets legal team for a number of years.  She is a qualified solicitor in Singapore, Hong Kong, England & Wales.  She worked in the international law firm Clifford Chance LLP before joining J.P. Morgan in 2004.  

She has served as the co-Chair of the Singapore chapter of “Women on The Move”, a business resource group with more than 1000 members promoting gender diversity and inclusiveness in J.P. Morgan Singapore.

Ivy has a strong interest in social enterprise and charitable work and is active in Cambodia and other Asian countries in development work for young adults.

Jean Chia is responsible for Bank of Singapore’s CIO Views, Macroeconomics, Investment Strategy, FX, Equity & Fixed Income Research, as well as Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), Advisory Portfolio Management (APM) and Funds Due Diligence teams at Bank of Singapore. She is a member of the board of directors for BOS International Funds, Luxembourg and a member of the OCBC Wealth Panel. 

Jean has over 20 years of experience in Private Banking and Asset Management. Prior to her current role, she was previously Head, Equities Advisory & Sales, responsible for the equities and derivatives business at Bank of Singapore, and Head of Client Advisory Services for Equities, Investment Products & Services at UBS Wealth Management, Singapore.

Prior to UBS, she was Vice President, Head of Grassroots Research at Allianz Dresdner Asset Management (now known as Allianz Global Investors). 

Jean graduated with an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from University of Oxford, UK. 

Ms Jennifer Lewis has been with Temasek Foundation since April 2020, and is responsible for the strategic management of the Foundation’s internal and external communication and engagement activities. Prior to this, she had been with GIC since 2007, also managing strategic communications for the sovereign wealth fund. 

She began her corporate communications journey after more than twenty years as a journalist with television, print and online experience.  She also advises several AI and digital asset start-ups.

Jennifer served on the board of the Singapore International Foundation (SIF) from 2007 to 2015. She remains active with the SIF and currently chairs the ‘Arts for Good’ Advisory Panel, and serves on the Board of Trustees of The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund. She also serves on the board of OnePeople.sg, an organisation which champion racial harmony initiatives in Singapore.

Jessie has over 25 years of banking experience and currently heads the Diversified Corporates and Global Subsidiaries Group at ANZ Singapore. 

She joined ANZ in February 2015 and was responsible for setting up and growing the multinational corporate relationship management including the Regional Treasury Centres. Since Oct 2017, Jessie has also additional responsibility over the coverage of Diversified Corporates business for Singapore. 

Jessie has successfully worked with corporates in their cash management, trade finance, risk management and funding requirements both in Singapore and Asia Pacific covering clients across different industry segments including Oil & Gas, Technology, Consumer Products and across Large Local Corporates and global as well as intra-Asian Multinationals including Regional Treasury Centres. 

Prior to joining ANZ, Jessie has held various positions in ABN AMRO / RBS over a period of 15 years. These included Head of Network Client Coverage for Singapore as well as Head of Business Management for SEA Global Banking & Markets. Jessie also spent a year in Sydney looking after the large Australian corporates. 

Jessie is part of ANZ Singapore Executive Team and is a member of ANZ Singapore’s Diversity Program – Thrive. 

In her spare time, she volunteers as a mentor with the CFA Singapore Society and is a member of the CFA Singapore Society Nominating Committee. She is also on the Board of Heartware Network, a non-profit organisation that focuses on the development of youth. Jessie is married with two children.

Julia Raiskin is Chief Executive Officer, APAC. She is responsible for daily oversight and management of the region.

Prior to joining Millennium, Julia spent 15 years at Citi, most recently as Head of Markets for Asia Pacific, where she was responsible for developing and implementing product delivery strategies, leading senior regulatory relationships and establishing risk management discipline across the region.

Before this role, she was Head of Equities, Asia, where she oversaw regulatory and restructuring projects and held a number of other regional roles in Asia. Prior to Citi, Julia was Head of European Corporate FX Sales for JPMorgan, where she managed a team responsible for FX coverage of European corporates across FX, EM and Commodities, and was responsible for Private Side FX & Commodity Origination at Morgan Stanley. Julia began her career as an Associate in Foreign Exchange Trading for Lehman Brothers in London.

Julia received a BA, with Highest Honors, from Harvard University and a D.Phil from Oxford University, where she was a Rhodes Scholar.

Kerrine is a Managing Director in Hamilton Lane’s Client Solutions Group, where she heads the firm’s Southeast Asia office. She is primarily responsible for business development, as well as coverage of client relationships in Southeast Asia.

Prior to this, Kerrine was the Head of Alternatives Distribution for Southeast Asia at BlackRock, where she was responsible for distribution strategy and client engagements on BlackRock’s alternative investment product suite, across client segments. Previously, she was the head of Institutional Client Business for Southeast Asia. Kerrine first joined BlackRock in 2010 as a member of the iShares Global Client Group, where she was responsible for ETF distribution.

Before joining BlackRock, Kerrine was responsible for business and product development for Alternative Investments at UOB Asset Management and held credit analysis and strategic investment roles within United Overseas Bank.

Kerrine received a MSc degree in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University and a BA degree, with first class honours, in Economics from the National University of Singapore. Kerrine is also a CFA and CAIA charter holder

Joon Heem is the Chief Operating Officer for Barclays in Singapore since 2018.  She is responsible for ensuring effective governance, risk and control management for the business and local oversight for all operations in the country.

Joon Heem joined Barclays in 2012 to manage Emerging Markets Operations for Asia before taking on responsibilities for the FX and IB Middle Office.  In 2014, she managed Wealth Operations for Asia and in 2017 was appointed Head of Operations, APAC, overseeing all Operations in Asia Pacific supporting the Markets, Corporate Banking and Wealth businesses.

Prior to Barclays, Joon Heem worked at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 15 years where she was Head of FICC and Equity Derivatives Operations, APAC, managing a wide range of operations functions including trade support, confirmations and settlements. Joon Heem started her career in audit with Deloitte & Touche, specialising in banking and financial institutions.

Joon Heem holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Lena Teoh joined Prudential Singapore in January 2017. 

She leads the Investment Division in driving Prudential Singapore’s long-term investments across the company’s assets that subtends the various life insurance products comprising whole of life, endowments as well as savings and insurance linked solutions. Under her stewardship, Lena oversees the investment process by setting in place the strategic asset allocation of the various funds, from time to time making tactical shorter-term decisions, followed by partnering various asset managers in ensuring the delivery of optimal investment performance for Prudential’s policy holders. Lena also communicates actively with the distribution channels by sharing the investment views and strategies and product management teams in areas of investment-related advice and business support. 

Lena’s career spans over 25 years in the financial services industry comprising corporate banking, investment banking and asset management. She has strong experience investing in multi-class assets across Global and Asian markets as well as a deep understanding of the macro and micro economic drivers that are crucial to making successful investments. Lena was the Managing Director with Credit Suisse Singapore till April 2016, where she was responsible for steering the tactical asset allocation strategies for the Bank’s Global and Asian-based discretionary and advisory solutions. She was the Asia Pacific Regional Chief Investment Officer for Credit Suisse’s Multi Asset Class Division in Asset Management from 2006 to 2014. 

She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a First Class Honours Degree in Biochemistry and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Ms Liew Tzu Mi is the Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income and a Managing Director at the GIC. In her role as CIO Fixed Income, she oversees the business in macro, credit and cross-asset systematic investing. She joined GIC in 1998 and built her career in the Fixed Income department. She was responsible for the Emerging Markets business in Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange between 2008 and 2010, headed up the Macro Research and Strategy team at its inception in 2011 and the Global Macro business from 2011 to 2016. She is a member of the GIC Group Executive Committee, and chairs the Currency and Risk Management Group and Sustainability Committee. She is also a member of the Investment Management Committee and China Business Group in GIC. Ms Liew is a member of Singapore Ministry of Defence SAVER-Premium Board of Trustee and Singapore Central Provident Fund Board.

Ms. Liew holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Engineering from Cambridge University, UK, as well as a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, USA. She is a CFA charter holder and has completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme.

Madeline Ho has more than 30 years of experience in the finance and asset management industry with more than 25 of these in senior and leadership positions within the asset management industry. She currently heads up the commercial and business development unit at SBI Digital Markets, a subsidiary of SBI Group, and focusing on the end to end digitalization journey of capital markets products. Prior to this, she spent close to a decade at Natixis Investment Management, with the most recent role as the Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Investment Managers Singapore Limited and Head of Wholesale Fund Distribution for APAC. In this role, she supervised the smooth running of its Singapore operations as well as oversaw both business development and investment management activities and was instrumental to the launch, development and growth of its wholesale and retail fund business in Singapore and HK.

Prior to this, she was at Fidelity International where she was the Regional Head of Singapore and Southeast Asia for 7 years, and spent more than 9 years at Franklin Templeton Investments in various management roles, including as its Country Head of Singapore.

Madeline is well-respected within the Singapore financial community, and has a strong background in sales, marketing and product development across various countries in the Asia Pacific region. She was an active member of the Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS) and a past member of its regulatory sub-committee and of its Executive Committee. She had also served in the organizing committee of the annual IMAS conference, including as its Chairperson for the 11th and 15th annual conference.

An ardent supporter of consumer literacy education, she speaks regularly at conferences and seminars. A strong advocate of equal opportunities and coaching, Madeline provides mentorship in both formal and informal settings. Madeline received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Mathilde Swierczynska is a Managing Director, Head of Private Wealth Compliance APAC for SMBC Nikko Securities Singapore Pte Ltd. She also chairs the Private Wealth ESG Committee. 

In her role, Mathilde collaborates with internal and external key stakeholders and advises the management of SMBC group on strategic risks and business opportunities.

Mathilde joined SMBC Private Wealth in August 2020 from the boutique firm UBP where she was the Head of Compliance for Singapore. Prior to that, she was with the French bank CIC where she held various positions in legal & compliance in Asia since 2004. She started her career in a law firm in Singapore in 2002.

She holds a Master’s Degree and an LLM from the universities of La Sorbonne and Cologne as well as a Bachelor Degree in German Language and Literature.

She teaches Ethics at ESSEC Business School and provides mentoring to students of her alma mater and the FWA more recently. She supports the Bone Marrow Donor Program and the Singapore chapter of Inspiring Girls. 

She recently started taekwondo at the request of her teenage son and proudly lives by the mantra “a black belt is a white belt that never gave up”. 

Michele Yap is the Global Head of Enterprise Risk Data & Reporting for Standard Chartered. She is responsible for developing the data management capabilities of the Risk function and delivering risk reports and insights which inform and support enterprise risk management and drive better decisions. 

Michele was previously the Head of Analytics Monetisation and Business Planning for the Retail Bank in ASEAN and South Asia, helping to drive the transformation of the business. She returned to the Bank in 2013 as a Senior Manager in Group Treasury supporting Financial Markets on strategic initiatives relating to regulatory reform. Prior to a career break in 2011, she was the Head of Group Stress Testing, during which time she developed the Group’s first Reverse Stress Test as part of the 2011 Individual Capital Adequacy Assessment Process.

She first joined Standard Chartered in 2010 from Barclays Capital, where she was the Head of Portfolio Management in Asia-Pacific. Under her stewardship, the Asia-Pacific region consistently posted the highest risk-adjusted returns globally. Michele began her career in New York, where she worked in debt capital markets, before helping to set up the active Portfolio Management desk trading in credit derivatives, corporate bonds and loans. 

Michele is a CFA charterholder and has been recognized as a Future Leader by the Institute of International Finance. She graduated from Cornell University with distinction and holds an MS in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. She is married with a child and resides in Singapore.

Ms Png Chin Yee joined Temasek in July 2011 and is currently Chief Financial Officer. Her prior roles in Temasek include Head, Financial Services, Senior Managing Director, China and Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Strategy and Risk Group. 

Prior to joining Temasek, Ms. Png was Managing Director with UBS AG where she was Joint Head of the Financial Institutions Group in the Investment Bank for Asia. 

Ms. Png holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with 1st class honours from the Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Priya is the country head for HSBC’s Global Banking business in Singapore.  In this role, she is responsible for delivery HSBC’s comprehensive suite or products and services to its corporate and institutional clients.

Priya’s career spans more than 2 decades in the banking industry with a number of senior roles across Global Banking and Markets.  Priya has worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, London and Mumbai during this time.

She is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and acts as a senior sponsor for the bank’s initiatives in this space.

Priya earned her MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.  She is married, has a son and her interests include music and reading.

Ros Bazany is Head of ESG and impact at Antler and based in Singapore. Ros is responsible for leading the overall strategy design and implementation of Antler’s ESG and impact proposition to deliver long-term value for Antler’s stakeholders. This includes oversight of firm level practices, founder engagement and investment decision making processes. Prior to this, she worked at the global asset manager Schroders for over 10 years, working with institutional and retail clients, including on a number of strategic ESG initiatives, across Europe and Asia. She started her career at the hedge fund BlueCrest and holds an MSc in Chemistry. She is passionate about making ESG and impact a tool to create value for our founders, Antler and the industry more broadly.

Sandra Cheng joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2010 as Head of Institutional for the South East Asia region. Based in Singapore, she oversees the development of institutional business and the management of key relationships in the region. In 2017, Sandra assumed governance responsibilities as CEO of Singapore. 

Sandra is a strong advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and has been the Chair of APAC Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Group since 2018. In 2019, Sandra became the APAC lead for consultants and Joint Lead for family office development. Sandra has over 20 years of institutional business and relationship management experience in Asia, having covered clients in both North and South East Asia. 

Prior to this, Sandra worked as Director of Institutional Business Development at Deutsche Asset Management. She has also held roles at HSBC, Wellington and Standard Chartered Bank. Sandra holds an MSc in Business Management from King’s College, London and a BSc Honors in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Ms. Lim is an executive vice president and Head of HR, APAC at PIMCO Asia Pte Ltd and she is based in Singapore. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2016, she was the head of Human Capital Management for Southeast Asia and Senior HR Business Partner for their Revenue Division at Goldman Sachs where she worked closely with the CEO of Goldman Sachs Singapore providing HR advisory. Previously, Ms. Lim held a number of senior HR positions in different firms namely the Royal Bank of Scotland, Standard Chartered Bank and JP Morgan Chase. Ms. Lim has over 20 years of human resources experience and holds a bachelor degree in Arts and Social Science from the National University of Singapore and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Luton, UK.

Sheela Parakkal is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Prudential Singapore where she leads People Strategy.

Her key focus is driving the culture transformation of the organisation alongside the senior leadership team to grow a values-based culture centred on Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Empowerment and Trust.  

A strong supporter of workplace diversity and inclusion, Sheela has spearheaded several industry-first initiatives such as removing the retirement age at Prudential, and raising the CPF contribution rate for employees above 55 to be on par with younger colleagues. These ground-breaking changes mean that Prudential employees can work at the company for as long as they can perform, and are rewarded based on performance.

Shiau‐Ling is Managing Director, Global Markets Senior Relationship Management (SRM) where she leads cross product coverage strategy for APAC SRM clients. In this role she manages the firm‐to‐firm connectivity for Bank of America’s priority clients ensuring a broad based and holistic coverage model. She was previously Head of APAC Futures & Options, OTC Clearing and FXPB business for Bank of America where she oversaw Execution, Sales, Product and Risk for all aspects of the business.

She serves as Board of Director of Merrill Lynch Singapore Pte Ltd and was previously a board member of the Futures Industry Association Asia and executive committee driving advocacy work for the Futures industry. She is passionate about helping young talent in the firm through mentorship and serves as Co‐Chair of the Womens Leadership Council for Bank of America in Singapore.

Shiau‐Ling joined Bank of America in 2013, and prior to that, J.P. Morgan where she was an Executive Director in the Futures & Options and OTC clearing business and a founding pioneer in J.P. Morgan’s Womens’ Interactive Network in APAC. She haslong experience and coverage of institutional investors ranging from Financial Institutions, Corporates, Asset Managers and specializing in Sovereign Wealth Funds. She was also responsible in growing the Greater China client portfolio at J.P. Morgan. Prior to J.P. Morgan, she was in Bloomberg L.P. in various roles ranging from Marketing and Sales.

Shirley Crystal Chua is Founder and Group CEO of Golden Equator, a holding group of businesses creating value with the elements of Capital, Community, Technology and Learning. 

A trusted UHNW family advisor turned entrepreneur-investor, she has successfully co-founded each business and fund under Golden Equator, leveraging more than 20 years of experience in finance across private and venture capital investments, wealth management, and her natural flair in business building. 

Deeply involved in the startup and finance communities, she is regarded as a seasoned practitioner, often sought out by entrepreneurs, UHNW families and business leaders to share her insight.

Stephanie Phang manages a diverse region of more than 100 reporters and editors, who cover news across asset classes, industries and markets in Southeast Asia. Stephanie co-created the Women’s Voices project in Asia, laying the foundation for a global newsroom initiative that became known as New Voices.

She also co-led the Singapore chapter of the Bloomberg Women’s Community in 2018, during which time she won the HeForShe Influencer Award from the Singapore Committee for UN Women.

Stephanie was previously Bloomberg’s Singapore bureau chief, overseeing one of the biggest bureaus in Asia. She also managed Bloomberg’s economy coverage for Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand. She joined Bloomberg News as a reporter in 2002 in Kuala Lumpur, covering the Malaysian economy, business and politics.

Su Shan has been responsible for leading DBS’ regional wealth management and consumer banking business for close to a decade. She has since been appointed as the bank’s Group Head of Institutional Banking with effect from 1 February 2019.

Prior to joining DBS, Su Shan was Morgan Stanley’s Head of Private Wealth Management for Southeast Asia. She has also worked at Citibank and prior to that in ING Barings in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. 

In October 2014, Su Shan became the first Singaporean to be recognised as the world’s “Best Leader in Private Banking” by PWM and The Banker, leading wealth publications by the Financial Times Group. She has also served as a Nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore. In 2018, she was nominated by Forbes Magazine as a top 25 emergent Asian Woman Business leader.

Trista is a passionate strategic advisor and experienced sustainability professional with almost 20 years of experiences with world’s leading organizations. She has recently got appointed as the Head of Investment Stewardship Asia (ex Japan) of Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM).

Trista is recognized thought leadership in sustainability, active in public events of the sustainability network, panelist on various regional and global forums. She participated in the Future Leader Program of the WBCSD 2015, including the publication of “Climate Resilience - A Guide for the CEO”.

As Head of Singapore and South Asia as Nasdaq Market Technology, Virginie Barbot is responsible for Nasdaq Market Technology's business in the region, supporting both market infrastructure operators and clients in other industries beyond the capital markets in their technology journeys. Prior to joining Nasdaq, she spent 8 years and Deutsche Boerse Group leading the Market Data and Analytics Services business for the German exchange operator. Virginie has been living in Singapore and has an extensive APAC experience in financial technology combined with market data and analytics. She is currently focused on developing Nasdaq's technology offering for new market segments. 

Ms Wee Ai Ning is Group Chief Investment Officer of Great Eastern Life Assurance and a board director of its subsidiary companies.  She oversees Great Eastern Group’s investments in public and private market asset classes globally, with a focus on investing in Asia.  

Before joining Great Eastern in 2017, she was Chief Executive Officer and portfolio manager at Tudor Capital Singapore.  She spent most of her career with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), where she headed the Strategic Cross Investment Group and the Treasury and Currency Management Group, in addition to engagements in the Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange and Economic and Strategy Departments.  She joined the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a central banking officer upon graduation from Monash University, Australia.

Ai Ning also serves as Vice President and Chair of Fund Raising and CSR Committee of HCA Hospice Care, an IPC and largest provider in Singapore of home hospice care services. 

She is married with 2 daughters and enjoys outdoors activities and travelling in her leisure.

Wenting Shen is a solutions strategist and portfolio manager in the Multi-Asset Division at T. Rowe Price, one of the largest global asset managers. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Singapore Private Ltd. 

Wenting is responsible for engaging clients and prospects in the Asia Pacific region in consultative discussions to identify how T. Rowe Price can best meet their investment needs and objectives through the firm's broad equity, fixed income, and asset allocation investment capabilities. She also manages multi-asset portfolios for clients in the region. Since joining T. Rowe Price in 2018, she has been instrumental in building the firm’s APAC multi-asset business.

As an advocate for active investing, Wenting is a prolific spokesperson at industry and media events. She also has market commentaries and byline articles published regularly in key APAC news outlets on various investment topics, including market outlook, asset allocation, and retirement planning, among others.  

Prior to T. Rowe Price, she was the lead model portfolio strategist within Blackrock’s Multi-Asset Strategies Group, responsible for developing and managing investment solutions involving multiple strategies and asset classes. She started her buyside experience as an ETF investment strategist for iShares at BlackRock. 

Earlier in her career, Wenting was with J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division as an investment banking associate, where she worked closely with major international private equity firms on various transactions, including M&As, LBOs, and debt issuances.

Wenting holds a B.A. in economics and art history from Williams College, USA. 

Ms. Wong Sze Keed is the Chief Executive Officer of AIA Singapore. She assumed this role on 1 July 2020 and is responsible for overseeing and managing AIA's operations in the market to champion the concept of healthier, longer, better lives for all Singaporeans. Sze Keed has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services industry in Singapore and has held a broad range of senior management roles during her career. 

Sze Keed joined AIA Singapore in March 2013 as Chief Partnership Distribution Officer and was responsible for maximising distribution through strategic relationships with bancassurance, brokers, and financial advisories through product expansion, enhanced service levels, and ongoing sales initiatives. 

In December 2014, she took on the role of Chief Distribution Officer and was instrumental in strengthening the agency force, boosting the quality, expertise, and productivity of AIA Financial Services Consultants as part of a strategy to help families in Singapore meet their protection, savings, and investment needs. Under her leadership, AIA Singapore’s agency business has gone from strength-to-strength achieving the highest number of MDRT-registered members in Singapore for five consecutive years. Sze Keed also played an instrumental role in setting up our proprietary financial adviser firm, AIA Financial Advisers (FA), in 2017 and developing it to become one of the leading FA firms in Singapore.
