Dear FWA Members,
The Singapore government plans to release a White Paper in 2021 following a comprehensive review of gender equality issues in Singapore. The focus of the White Paper is to address concerns of Singaporeans towards women-related issues to support subsequent development of a roadmap for progress.
FWA Singapore will contribute in the consultation process in preparation for the White Paper. In doing so, FWA WEimpact pillar will be inviting members to participate in a survey covering the topic of Financial Literacy, with a summary of the results to be submitted to the official taskforce for the Ministry of Social and Family Development. Financial literacy is the ability to use knowledge and skills to manage financial resources effectively for a lifetime of financial well-being.
For the purpose of the survey, Financial Literacy is defined as the ability to use knowledge and skills to manage financial resources effectively for a lifetime of financial well-being.
The survey aims to gather anonymous feedback on Financial Literacy over significant life stages. The first 9 questions are demographics related questions, followed by questions relating to each of the various life stages, “Early Education”, “College/Under-graduates and Early Career”, Mid Life & Mid-Career”, and lastly “Advanced Career and Retirement”.
The information collected by FWA from the survey will be limited to each of your answers selected in the survey only. The survey is to be completed in your personal capacity, not on behalf of the organisation you work with. Participants will be allowed to only respond to the survey once. This survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Once you submit the survey, you are unable to edit your answers.

Kindly note that deadline for the submission of responses is, 31st January 2021, after which the survey will be closed to further submissions.
