The Financial Women’s Association of Singapore (FWA), in collaboration with Admired Leadership, is pleased to bring you another exciting discussion on the FWA Exchange: “Admired Leadership: You really can learn to be a better leader ”.
Over the past 30 years, Admired Leadership has studied more than 12,000 leaders to uncover the foundational routines and behaviours of leadership excellence. Their research has shown that Leaders are Defined by What They Do. Are there really leadership secrets out there? Why is leadership development such a confusing mess? What are the best practices that can make us all better leaders?
We are delighted to have Krisztina Anspach, Managing Partner, Admired Leadership to share findings and exchange ideas on:
- Why should anyone follow you?
- Style matters – concrete advice for a soft, complex challenge!
- The secret of inspiring others.
We look forward to seeing you at the session as we uncover the simple secrets of Admired Leaders!
BETTER LEADERS MAKE PEOPLE BETTER!
Registered participants will receive the link for the Zoom session prior to the event.
The registration deadline is 26 January 2021.
