Dear Mentors and Mentees,

We hope you have had a good start to your mentoring journey so far.

Time flies, and we are almost at the mid-point of the programme. We would like to invite you to gather for our Mid-Point Event as a check to keep up the momentum and energy of the programme.

Mentees have identified networking as a key topic of interest. Networking is an important skill to increase one's visibility, build up one's profile, expand the scope of opportunities for exposure and development.

It's hard enough to network effectively under normal circumstances. What more when you can't even interact with or engage people in person, in the office or at an event?  

This Event will serve as a platform for networking with other participants of the Programme, while discussing ways to overcome the obstacles of networking in a COVID-driven environment.

We ask Mentors and Mentees to make time for this session to achieve a critical mass. 

Avodah People Solutions (www.avodahsolutions.com) will facilitate this session together with FWA.
