DIVERSITY & INCLUSION – WHERE ARE WE?

Views & Ideas from Female Leaders

“A Good Time to be a Girl” so goes the book by Helena Morrissey. “Lean In” says Sheryl Sandberg.

Is there a magic formula for women? Should there be one?

What of Diversity & Inclusion? What role does D & I play and where are we now as far as integrating women in the financial workplace goes?

This FWA Thought Leadership event discusses making gender empowerment a top priority in an organisation. The panellists will share views on:

  • Building a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace – What more can be done?
  • Female leadership and empowerment – Why are women still hesitant? Shy?
  • Attracting and retaining female talent – What else is still missing?
  • Doing well by doing good – is this a sound business strategy?
  • Nurturing Female Leaders - Should there be a separate leadership path for women?
