Fintech and disruption, the buzz topics of the moment, but what have we really seen so far and how has it benefited the industry ?

Leveraging case studies, this talk will look at how the industry is utilising fintech to stay ahead of the curve. We will discuss the benefits to firms, and how individuals can make sure they are prepared skills wise for the new professional landscape. 

Speakers' Profiles

Frank Troise

Frank is a Senior Advisor to Synpulse Management Consulting, focussing on banking wealth and management, digital advice, and asset management clients.

He is one of Asia's leading strategic voices and investment commentators. He is a regular co-host and commentator on CNBC's The RunDown with Akiko Fujita and Dan Murphy, and has been named one of Asia's Fintech 100 and one of the 30 Fintech influencers in Singapore. He is anchor for the online show "Unhedged" which airs monthly. 

Ashley O'Reilly 

Ashley is a Synpulse Banking expert in transformation and engagement delivery, looks back on a long-standing career as an Associate Director with Deloitte in Europe and Asia. In her current role at Synpulse as Associate Partner in Banking, Ashley leads strategic accounts and is transforming relationship management and business development as a competency. She holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied International Commerce and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Volodymyr Lermolaiev

Volodymyr joined Synpulse after graduating from MBA program (MIT / Fudan) to focus on project delivery of the largest IT transformation in Private Banking to date.

Now, his focus is to connect giants of financial industry with agile and effective ideas of Fintech companies. He has extensive project experience in various industries from Wholesale Distribution and Microfinancing to Energy and Banking.

Diamond members - Registration at FWA member rates for up to 15 persons per Institutional Member.

Platinum members - Registration at FWA member rates for up to 10 persons per Institutional Member.

Gold members - Registration at FWA member rates for up to 5 persons per Institutional Member.

NO SHOW POLICY

We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. To do so, please login to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months. We hope you understand this policy as our events are often in high demand and your co-operation will allow those who can and wish to attend our events to do so.
