It’s hard to believe we are more than half way through the programme

The evening will provide an opportunity for Mentees to spend time with Mentors, other than the one they’ve have been matched with.
You will be working in small groups of 4 – i.e. 2 Mentors and 2 Mentees (not your own). We will take you through a variety of exercises to determine where you are with your goals and how you can work towards completion. In addition we will be asking some Mentors to share leadership challenges and what they have learned from them. We look forward to your attendance and participation to make this a fruitful session

6.45 – 7.30 – Check-in with PIE of Career Success

7.30 – 9.00 – Exercise: “Fly-on-the-wall”

- Exercise: Mentor Crucible Story (if time permits)
