Alisa Amarosa Wood, Partner, Private Equity, New York
Alisa Amarosa Wood joined KKR in 2003 and is a Partner. Ms. Wood co-leads the firm’s two private equity open-ended, perpetual vehicles serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer of KKR Private Equity Conglomerate LLC and as a member of the investment committee for the KKR Private Markets Equity Fund. Previously, she was the Global Head of the Private Markets and Real Assets Strategies Group and looked after key product areas including private equity, infrastructure, energy real assets, real estate, impact, growth equity, and customized products. She sits on a number of the firm's management and leadership committees, including the Risk & Operating Committee, the Democratized Private Equity Investment Committee, the ESG Committee and the Geopolitical Governance Committee. Over her two decades at KKR, she has been actively involved in the firm's global capital formation and business development efforts, including the creation of new strategies, new products and strategic initiatives across the KKR platform. She also previously sat on the firm's Global Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Council. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Wood was with Deutsche Bank's private equity group. She holds a B.A. from Columbia College and an M.B.A from Columbia Graduate School of Business. Ms. Wood is currently a trustee of Columbia University, the Vice Chair of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Board of Trustees and the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Public Theater of New York. She also sits on the Columbia University Investment Management Company Board, Columbia Business School Private Equity Board and the Private Equity Women’s Investor Network Board of Directors. She was awarded the John Jay prize by Columbia University in 2019 and was named by the Wall Street Journal as one of the "Women to Watch" in 2020 and by Private Equity International as one of the “Women of Influence in Private Equity” in 2022.

Grishma’s careers spans investment banking and insurance in multinational Banks and Insurance companies and has worked and lived in multiple Asian Countries; namely Singapore, China and Thailand. She is currently the CEO / Country Manager for the Coface Singapore Branch and serves as the WEimpact Chair and Immediate Past President of the Financial Women’s Association Singapore, the Singapore Council of Women Organisations in the capacity of Treasurer and Chair of BoardAgender. She has over 18 years of experience in the field of investment banking and insurance across Life insurance, Non-Life insurance and Trade Credit Insurance during her time at Coface, Prudential, Allianz, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan.
Grishma Kewada currently serves as the Chair of Weimpact for the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) Singapore and has served in various capacities on the Executive Committee including Immediate Past President. She is focused on Financial Literacy, Impact and Sustainability and was privileged to drive and oversee the contribution from the FWA to the consultation process supporting the White Paper in 2021 on Singapore Women’s Development. She is passionate about transformation not only at work, but in a personal capacity too, driving inclusive leadership in workplaces and community.

No Show Policy
We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date. To do so, please log in to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months.
