FWA WEImpact x TSquared Lab: Walk & Talk – Empowering Wellness Through Movement

Join us for the inaugural Walk & Talk event, hosted by FWA Women Empowered Impact (WEImpact) in collaboration with TSquared Lab,  — where meaningful conversations meet mindful movement.

This unique experience blends physical activity with expert-led discussions on women’s health and fitness, designed to educate, empower, and energize as we debunk some common misconceptions.

What to Expect
Take a scenic walk around Marina Bay while engaging in two insightful conversations led by fitness professionals:

Topic 1: Hormones & Training Over 40 – How to Adjust Strength & Recovery

Why it matters:
As women age, hormonal shifts in estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone can impact energy, recovery, muscle mass, fat storage, sleep, and mood.
The takeaway:
These changes aren’t limitations — they’re signals to train smarter, not harder.

Topic 2: Walking vs. Weights – Why Both Matter

The myth:
“Cardio is enough” or “Weights are all you need.”
The truth:
Walking and strength training serve different — and equally vital — purposes. Together, they’re a powerhouse for long-term health.
