Moderator:

Vidya Vidyasagar, Global Head, Cloud and Production Engineering, WRB, Standard Chartered
Vidya has over 25 years of experience in building diverse and strong technical teams with extensive experience in infrastructure, databases, cloud platforms and conversational AI.
In SCB, Vidya leads Cloud and Production Engineering for the Wealth & Retail Banking and is a Distinguished Engineer. Vidya also leads the Engineering metrics design, which involves developing a data-driven approach to measure and analyse engineering performance. By strategically aligning engineering initiatives with the company's overarching goals, while adopting industry standards like DORA metrics helps us consistently measure ourselves in an accountable and transparent manner.
Vidya has a wide range of organizational experience – working in large firms to running her own consulting business. She puts her diverse experience to good use by mentoring and grooming social entrepreneurs in Singapore. She features in Top 100 Global Leaders in Data and Analytics 2024. Vidya leads an active lifestyle and loves to challenge herself by participating in various running events to support multiple charities.

Bhumika Sharma, Executive Director, Payments Technology, JP Morgan Chase
She is APAC Head of Payments Stability & Resiliency. She also serves as a co-chair of Women on the Move (WOTM – the firm’s commitment to the empowerment and advancement for women) in J.P. Morgan, Singapore, and DE&I co-lead for Singapore Technology Center. Bhumika is honoured in the Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2023 Award list.
Bhumika is client focused technologist and enthusiastic DE&I leader with experience of 20 years in leading and managing Projects and Technology for Payments and Markets in top tier banks. She also holds certifications in ITIL Expert (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), PMP (Project Management Professional), and A-CSM (Advance – Certified Scrum Master), and continuously leverages her skills and expertise to train others and help them advance their careers. She is also #IamRemarkable facilitator and run workshops to help empower more women and underrepresented groups to learn the importance of self-promotion and celebrate their remarkable achievements. She is a strong advocate of DE&I and run many DE&I initiatives.
Bhumika holds bachelor’s degree in science and master’s degree in computer applications.

Zoe Mottram, Managing Director, Transformation Lead, AeJ, Nomura
Zoe Mottram is an accomplished finance professional with a strong track record in leading major financial transformations, driving efficiency and innovation within the industry. She is now keen to see how the implementation of AI can impact not only the transformation space, but financial services overall. She currently heads up various group wide programs looking at efficiency as well as leading the Asia Ex Japan region, as transformation lead.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Zoe is a passionate advocate for women in finance, regularly sharing her insights on leadership and career progression approaches, as well as mentoring women through both internal and external programs.
A Chartered Accountant with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol, Zoe has worked at various financial institutions over her 30 year career including UBS, Merrill Lynch and in her spare time, as a qualified health coach, she loves learning all about the gut and how it functions.

Ronald Chen, Executive Director, Head of Business Solutions, Analytics Centre of Excellence, DBS Group
Ronald leads analytics & data transformation at DBS Group as Head of Business Solutions, Analytics Centre of Excellence. He spearheads the identification and implementation of data, AI, and GenAI solutions, focusing on empowering DBS employees with DBS-GPT, the bank's enterprise-wide GenAI platform, for increased efficiency and productivity.
Ronald also directs the Employee Value Proposition for DBS Data Chapter, 700+ strong community of data professionals from across the bank. This initiative offers developmental opportunities for learning and career growth in order to attract and retain deep data and AI talent to deliver business outcomes at scale and at speed.
Ronald brings over 25 years of banking and financial services experience across advanced analytics, AI/ML, product marketing, customer experience and pricing. Before joining DBS in 2022, he was the Chief Data Officer at Flex by Finaxar, a startup offering spend management solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises in Singapore. Prior to that, he spent 4 years at EXL Services in the USA, where he was the Engagement Director for analytics consulting engagements for FSI clients. His earlier career includes roles at several banks in Singapore - including DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank in a variety of roles where he applied advanced analytics solutions to solving business problems across credit cards, wealth management and SME banking. He started his career as a Business Analyst with CapitalOne in Washington DC. Ronald holds a BA from Cornell University, Ithaca NY USA.
He has lived and worked in the USA & Singapore. He currently lives in Singapore with his wife and 3 girls.

No Show Policy
We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it.
