Panellists and Moderator Bios:
Ivy Yong, Managing Director, APAC General Counsel, J.P. Morgan Private Bank
Ivy Yong is currently the APAC General Counsel of J.P. Morgan‘s Private Bank, having spent almost 20 years in various roles in the Legal Department of J.P. Morgan, based first in Hong Kong, then in Singapore. Prior to her current role, she was the head of the Capital Markets legal practice in APAC. Before joining J.P, Morgan, Ivy practiced as a solicitor at international law firm Clifford Chance. She is qualified in Singapore, Hong Kong, England & Wales.
Ivy lends an active voice to diversity and inclusion platforms that promote gender diversity for women in senior positions in the financial industry, and currently serves as a Female Champion of the Financial Women’s Association in Singapore.
Ivy has a strong interest in social enterprise and missions work, and is active in Cambodia and other Asian countries in development work for young adults from rural areas. She is also passionate about supporting the local arts scene, and recently co-authored and published a book about Singapore watercolour art.
Danielle Szetho, Head of Digital Asset Portfolio & Governance, Standard Chartered Bank
Danielle Szetho is Head of Digital Asset Portfolio & Governance at Standard Chartered, ensuring strategic alignment of the various Digital Asset-related initiatives across the group. This follows 2 years driving establishment and growth of the Bank’s FinTech client segment. Outside the Bank, Danielle is actively engaged in driving industry standards development and regulatory advancement across Asia in payments as an Industry Advisory Board member of the Emerging Payments Association of Asia.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Danielle was founding CEO of FinTech Australia, Australia’s fintech industry association, where she successfully advocated for a FinTech Regulatory Sandbox, Equity Crowdfunding, Crypto regulation, Neo-bank licensing and Open Data. She is a former member of the ASIC Digital Finance Advisory Committee and the Australian Federal Treasurer’s FinTech Advisory Group. She speaks regularly on the need to increase female participation in leadership roles, particularly in finance, technology and scientific fields.
Danielle also previously held various leadership roles in product management, data analytics, strategy, technology transformation and UX/UI design for Australia’s largest media companies. She holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Digital Media from the University of New South Wales
Yasha Dabas, Customer Delivery Architect, AWS Professional Services-Global Financial Services
With 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, Yasha is a seasoned veteran who has an accomplished career. She worked at Standard Chartered Bank and JP Morgan Chase, and held a wide range of roles throughout her professional career, starting as a Quants C++ developer and rising to the top as a leader in driving organizational digital transformation programs using innovation & engineering excellence.
Currently, at Amazon Web Services - Professional Services, Yasha is at the forefront of technology, helping global financial organizations navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the cloud and digital transformation. Yasha’s impact extends far beyond her professional role. Yasha is a true visionary and a force for change. She founded Women in Agile & Technology, Singapore in 2019, a non-profit organization that empowers women to share, learn & network, with the goal of uplifting women in technology. Additionally, Yasha is a speaker at technology conferences, where she imparts her insights on topics such as Cloud transformation, DevOps & Business Agility.
When she's not changing the world, Yasha lives in Singapore with her family and can be found training for Spartan races. She's also a passionate visual artist and regularly exhibits her paintings in various forums.
Jaclyn Kaur, Private Banker, Indosuez Wealth Management
Jaclyn Kaur is a Private Banker for over a decade and is passionate about wealth management. She is currently with Indosuez Wealth Management- and is responsible to work with her clients to grow their wealth sustainably. She has just attained her MSc in Wealth Management from SMU as well as her Certificate of Family Office Advisor and part of the Global Asia Family Office Circle. In addition, she is an IBF (Industry of Banking and Finance) Advanced Level 2 - Private Banking and Wealth Management.
Outside of her work, Jaclyn volunteers her time as one of the EXCO members with the SMummies (a movement to support full-time working mothers). She is also appointed as the SMU Class of 2022 Alumni Representative (MSc in Wealth Management). Jaclyn is also a mentor at Stories of Asia’s Career Support Initiative to help people transit during this fragile period of layoffs, as well as anyone else who may need guidance in kickstarting or growing their career journeys.
She was also one of the Mentee Admins for the FWA 2022 batch. She is passionate about female-led movements as well as keeping herself updated with the trends in the ever changing financial markets.

No Show Policy
We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date. To do so, please log in to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months. We hope you understand this policy as our events are often in high demand and your co-operation will allow those who can and wish to attend our events to do so.
