The FWA Women Empowered Impact (WEimpact) pillar, in collaboration with IFC Asia Pacific Women’s Network, is pleased to host an interactive lunchtime session spotlighting the importance of self-care and simple steps to taking care of our well-being.

Bombarded by round-the-clock demands from our personal and professional lives, mindfulness or happiness seems out of reach. A study conducted by the Institute of Mental Health[1] in 2020 observed that 8.7% of the surveyed population in Singapore met the criteria for clinical depression while 9.4% met the criteria for anxiety. It is, therefore, imperative that one learns to pause, take stock, and prioritise our well-being to achieve a more satisfying life!

In this session, join us to learn from our speaker, Shireena Shroff Manchharam, a certified life coach and weekly wellness columnist of Tatler Singapore, who will share simple and practical tips that we can adopt in our daily routines to kickstart our quest toward a positive and happier state.
