FWA Champions are individuals in senior leadership positions who champion and support women seeking success on both the professional and personal fronts. They effect change in their organisations and are firm supporters of gender diversity and inclusion in their workplaces and society.

FWA members get a chance to interact and meet FWA Champions in the FWA mentoring programme when FWA Champions speak at FWA-led events. In addition to this, FWA's new Conversations with FWA Champions series allows our members deeper interaction with our Champions in a small-group setting, to hear the experiences and journeys of our Champions and to learn from them.

We are pleased to announce our latest Conversation with FWA Champion Anubhuti Gupta, Head of Investment APAC, Rosenberg and Head of AXA-IM Singapore, AXA Investment Managers.

Anubhuti is currently the Head of Investments for Asia and is responsible for the Asian investment strategies and client outcomes. Anubhuti is a member of the Rosenberg Equities Global Leadership team and Investment Committee. Rosenburg Equities is the quantitative equity portfolio management arm of AXA Investment Managers (AXAIM). Founded in 1994, AXAIM offers a diversified range of investment solutions with over USD 600 bn of ESG integrated assets under management. Rosenburg Equities is currently managing USD 19 bn in AUM in various multi-factor strategies and it is fully ESG integrated. She is directly responsible for managing USD 3bn and provide oversight on USD 19bn in ESG integrated AUM. 

Prior to her current role, she served as the Head of Portfolio Management, Director and Deputy Chief Investment Officer for the region since 2015 and initially joined AXA IM in 2005 as a Portfolio Manager.

Anubhuti was an intern with a Singapore based hedge fund before joining AXA IM.

Anubhuti holds a MSc in Financial Engineering from the NTU Graduate School of Business and a BEng from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. She also has a certificate in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon Univesity Tepper School of Business. She is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and Certificate in Investment Performance Measurements designations. 

She has been a member of the CFA Institute Education Advisory Committee since 2015 (currently serving as Vice-chair) and the Executive Committee of Singapore Chapter of CAIA Institute since 2016.

This is a Members-only event that is free of charge for FWA individual and corporate members.  

For Individual Members, please login on the website before registering. 

For Corporate Members, note that Diamond members may register up to 15 persons, Platinum members may register up to 10 persons and Gold members may register up to 5 persons.   Please click RSVP Now and register using your Institutional Codes (please check with your respective coordinators for your Institutional Code). 

The deadline to register for this event is 08 September 2020. Successful applicants will be informed via email. As seats are limited, and as we endeavour to allow as many members as possible to meet at least one FWA Champion in a year, those who have attended one conversation will be placed in lower priority for subsequent conversations. 

Cancellation and No Show Policy

We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. To do so, please login to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column.  The last date for any cancellation of attendance for this event is 08 September 2020.

For members who successfully register for, but do not attend the event and fail to cancel their seat, we regret to inform that you will be placed in lower priority for subsequent conversations.
