Olivier Dang, Managing Director, Global Chief Operating Officer, Wholesale Digital Office, Nomura   

 

Olivier Dang is the Global Chief Operating Officer for the Wholesale Digital Office of Nomura. He supports the development and implementation of the digital strategy of Nomura’s Wholesale business.  Olivier has been at Nomura since 2010 and held various roles in Corporate Strategy and Business Management.  

 

Prior to this, he was a Management Consultant at McKinsey in London and he started his career as an entrepreneur building a mobile internet company in France.  

 

He holds an MSc in Telecommunications from the Chalmers University of Technology, an engineering degree from the Institut Superieur d’Electronique de Paris and an M.B.A. from the London Business School. Olivier is based in Hong Kong. 

 

Darius Liu, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, iSTOX 

 

Throughout his career, Darius has helped to guide a variety of public and private sector organizations to achieve operational goals through the careful and judicious use of strategy.  
 

As Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for iSTOX, Darius oversees day-to-day operations for the company, including commercial growth via investor and issuer recruitment and onboarding. Prior to starting iSTOX, Darius held a variety of roles with GIC, most recently as Vice President of Total Portfolio Strategy (TPS) of the Economics & Investment Strategy department.  
 

He has also served in several roles within the Singapore government, including Head of Strategic and Operational Planning at the Singapore Ministry of Defence and Senior Associate for Investment and Reserves at the Ministry of Finance. 
 

Darius holds a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. He also holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore.  


Oi Yee Choo, Chief Commercial Officer, iSTOX 


Oi Yee has 20 years of capital raising and M&A advisory experience. Prior to joining iSTOX, Oi Yee was with UBS for 6 years covering Singapore for UBS Investment Banking. She joined UBS from Morgan Stanley where she was Head of Singapore Investment Banking. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she ran the Southeast Asia real estate investment banking franchise for Nomura Singapore Limited. She started her investment banking career with Citigroup covering Singapore corporates and real estate clients.  
 
Between 2006-2008, Oi Yee was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for Parkway Holdings Limited, the largest healthcare company in Asia, and helped them create Parkway Life REIT.  
 
She is currently an Authority Member of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.  
 
Oi Yee graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy and also has a Masters in Business Administration from Manchester Business School.

No Show Policy

We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date. To do so, please log in to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months. We hope you understand this policy as our events are often in high demand and your co-operation will allow those who can and wish to attend our events to do so.
