For all, adversity is a certain part of their future. Great leaders and organisations flourish in the face of challenges by building resilience and cultivating a growth mindset.
They not only bounce back but harness the opportunity to learn, adapt and create environments that stand the test of time.
Particularly relevant as we face a world with very fluid developments, this session explores how leaders can build their personal and team capability to cope with the current crisis and also stay ahead of the curve for future challenges.
Join us at our 6th session of FWA Exchange – Cultivating Growth Resilience for Future Challenges with Corrine Williams, Senior Vice President, Leader Services of Organisation Solutions, who will be sharing ideas on:
- What is different about leaders and teams that stand the test of time?
- What is a growth mindset and why is it important to business stamina?
- Leadership practices to build individual and team growth resilience!
Registered participants will receive the link for the Zoom meeting one day before the event.
