Making Virtual Work is an interactive virtual workshop designed to support you to lead yourself and others virtually.  Now that we are all working and managing others remotely this brings up many new things to navigate, with our own leadership, how we lead our teams and how we lead our businesses effectively.

Join us at our 3rd session of FWA Exchange – Making Virtual Work with Carla Henry, Managing Director of BRIDGE Partnership, who will be sharing ideas on how to manage:

  • Yourself: Designing your day for well-being and productivity and helping your teams do the same
  • Your team: Creating meaningful connections with team members in the absence of the micro-moments of connection we are used to in the office
  • Your business: Diagnosing what sort of phase your business is in and therefore what sort of leadership your business and teams might most need now from you
