Emotional Resilience through COVID-19 – Fri, 29 May, 12 – 1 p.m.
NTUC is pleased to invite FWA Members to a Webinar on Emotional Resistance through COVID-19.
The COVID-19 Circuit Breaker has been a double-edged sword, providing opportunities for bonding among families, acquiring new skills and hobbies and taking a step back from the hustle-and-bustle, while also being a source of stress and anxiety for others who have struggled with routines getting disrupted, juggling between work and family commitments and job uncertainty and insecurity.
In this talk, Sue Anne Nummela*, from the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS), will share tips on how to:
- Identify if you are emotionally vulnerable
- Balance emotional wellness between work and family
- Boost your emotional resilience
Date: 29 May (Fri)
