VALUES-BASED CONFLICT RESOLUTION - Using the ACT Matrix

Conflicts are a part of our world and they manifest in various areas of our lives at different times. A certain degree of conflict can be useful and can bolster creativity. Counter-productive conflict, however, is far more damaging to the corporate environment and can result in employee disengagement and reduced productivity.

This practical session will be run by Mallika Kripalani, Founder of the Conscious Zone:

  • Introduction and understanding of the ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Training) Matrix
  • How to use the ACT Matrix to approach conflicts in another way:
    • by identifying and aligning with the values that are important to us
    • how to resolve conflicts with the right intention
    • how to approach challenging situations with a different perspective

With this as our basis, we can start to uncover how best to handle difficult encounters that may arise.
