Corinna Lim is currently the executive director of AWARE where she oversees the Support Services department (Helpline, Counselling, Legal Counselling and Befriending), Research and Advocacy and Corporate Secretarial Services. She is also the Director of Catalyse Consulting, which provides consultancy and training to companies and other organisations in Diversity and Inclusion and Workplace Harassment.
Corinna will be presenting the new corporate training division of AWARE, Catalyse Consulting. This initiative focuses on inspiring diverse and inclusive workspaces in Singapore through workshops and private consultations. Catalyse's workshop topics currently are on diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias and workplace harassment.
