You will help drive corporate participation and ensure that the FWA’s mission is supported by the decision-makers shaping the future of finance.

You will help drive corporate participation and ensure that the FWA’s mission is supported by the decision-makers shaping the future of finance.
The Digital pillar is the engine behind our modern infrastructure and community outreach. 

Volunteers lead the charge on digital transformation, managing our integrated systems (such as Odoo), optimizing the member database, and executing high-growth social media strategies. 

If you are passionate about using technology to streamline operations and amplify our message across LinkedIn and other platforms, this is your home.

The Events pillar is the heartbeat of FWA Singapore, responsible for designing and executing our signature events such as IWD, networking mixers, and the annual Year End Party.

Volunteers work on the end-to-end lifecycle of an event: from conceptualizing relevant themes and securing high-profile speakers to managing live logistics and technical stage production. 

This is an ideal role for those who thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

The Membership pillar focuses on the growth and retention of our most valuable asset: our community. 

As a volunteer, you will help design the member journey for both corporate and individual accounts, ensuring that every professional feels supported and informed. 

You’ll analyze member feedback, resolve database queries, and implement initiatives that make the FWA community inclusive and vibrant.

The Mentoring pillar manages one of our most impactful programs: the FWA-AWF Mentoring Programme. 

This pillar is dedicated to the professional "pay-it-forward" culture, pairing mid-career female executives with seasoned mentors. 

Volunteers help facilitate these pairings, track program success, and organize workshops that provide women with the tools they need to break the glass ceiling.

The WEimpact pillar empowers women for sustainable development by fostering diversity of thought and enhancing both personal and professional lives. The team focuses on equipping women with the agency to make life-determining decisions that benefit themselves, society, and the community. 

Volunteers drive initiatives centered on Financial Literacy, as well as Health & Wellness.
