The Financial Women’s Association of Singapore (FWAS) Senior Executives lunch and networking event is in its fourth year now. It is one of FWAS’ annual flagship events where senior men and women in the financial services industry participate in a thought-provoking lunch and learn session on issues related to female talent development and leadership.  This year’s event will feature a keynote speech by Dr. James Eyring, COO of Organisation Solutions. The topic is "Women on Top: Investing in the Right Initiatives." 
Business in Asia often focus their diversity efforts on moving women onto increasingly high levels of management positions. However, do their practice achieve results? Where should they invest their effort to get the best outcomes? Dr. Eyring will share some of the practices that get results, and some common practices that result in dismal failure. Attendees also will have the chance to learn from others in small groups and share their best practices with the larger audience.
