Looking Back, Leading Forward - Panel Conversation on the Early Years of FWA Singapore

Join FWA past presidents Tan Su Shan, Junie Foo and Trina Liang, in conversation with moderator and current Exco member, Smitha Menon, for a candid and personal reflection on the early years of FWA Singapore and the ever changing landscape for women in finance.

They will share experiences, lessons, and perspectives shaped over their career journeys, covering everything from the realities of building careers in the early 2000s to breaking barriers, evolving as leaders and navigating the unfinished business of gender equality. The conversation will also look ahead to what should FWA preserve, what must change, and why does a community like FWA still matter to the next generation?
