Speakers' Bio:

Ong Yen Leng, Head of Southeast Asia, Northern Trust

Based in Singapore, Yen Leng Ong is the Head of Southeast Asia at Northern Trust. She oversees the business and strategic direction for asset servicing, asset management and capital markets solutions for institutional clients across the sub-region. She is a member of the regional executive management group.

Yen Leng was Head of Product Management and Strategy, and Chief Administrative Officer for the Asia-Pacific region at Northern Trust prior to her current role. She was responsible for delivering asset servicing solutions to sophisticated institutional investors across the region and leading the regional business strategic planning and execution.

Before joining Northern Trust, Yen Leng worked as a regional business leader for a global card payment company in Singapore. She started her career with a global accounting and consulting firm and spent most of her early career in the United Kingdom with various industries including technology, government, and financial services.

Yen Leng holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in computer science, and postgraduate degree in general management.

Priscilla Chong, Managing Director, AWS Singapore

Priscilla is the Managing Director for AWS Singapore’s commercial business where she manages a portfolio that spans enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses and startups. Her focus is on driving organizational structure and culture to deliver the best business results for customers. A strong advocate for innovation and growth, Priscilla constantly ascertains new ways to cater to customers’ needs, while driving strategic partner engagements. 

Prior to joining AWS, Priscilla spent more than 15 years at Hewlett Packard where she took on various commercial leadership roles before becoming the Managing Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She was responsible for amplifying customer innovation and strategic partner engagements that help enhance business outcomes.  Priscilla is Singaporean and holds a Bachelor of Business, Financial Analysis from Nanyang Technological University.

No Show Policy

We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date. To do so, please log in to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months. We hope you understand this policy as our events are often in high demand and your co-operation will allow those who can and wish to attend our events to do so. 

Event Images, Photos and Recordings Policy

Please do note that if you attend events or programmes organised, managed, administered or publicised by the FWA, by attending such events, you agree and consent to the use of your photograph, voice, likeness, and image in any broadcasts of such event and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of such event.  The photographs and recordings may be published or broadcasted in FWA publications and in publicity materials, including FWA’s websites and social media. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, audio or video and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of FWA.
