Chin Yee joined Temasek in July 2011. She was appointed President of Temasek Singapore on 1 April 2026, and is concurrently the Chief Financial Officer, a position she has held since 1 January 2023.

Chin Yee has helmed pivotal roles in Temasek, including leading Financial Services and taking on senior positions in China as well as in the Portfolio Strategy and Risk Group. Her leadership stretches beyond financial expertise; she is also a founding member of the Temasek Women’s Network.

Prior to Temasek, Chin Yee was at UBS AG, where she co-headed the Financial Institutions Group for Asia investment banking.

Lily Chia

Head of Regional Member & Client Coverage
Singapore Exchange Limited

Lily is Head of Regional Member & Client Coverage as well as Business Management at the Global Sales & Origination unit in SGX. She leads a relationship management team who is responsible for member and end client engagement in SGX’s securities and derivative markets for equity, currency, fixed income and commodity asset classes. She also leads the Business Management team in charge of governance and systematic tracking of sales outcomes.

During her 20 years at SGX, Lily held leadership positions in various functions, including derivatives and commodities product development, project management office, clearing member relationship and commodities sales.

Prior to SGX, Lily was head of middle office and credit at DBS TD Waterhouse, an online securities brokerage firm. She started her career in the former Singapore International Monetary Exchange (SIMEX) in 1996.

Lily was most recently in the Stanford Executive Program class of 2023. She has also received fintech and cryto currency certification from London School of Economics and Singapore Management University. Lily received a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

She volunteers with the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) Singapore as Vice President and member of the Executive Committee.

No Show Policy
We understand that with busy schedules, there may be times when you cannot make an event after you have registered for it. In the event that you cannot make an event, we appreciate that you use our new tool now available to cancel the event. Cancellation is allowed up to 2 days ahead of the event date. To do so, please log in to the FWA website, under “My Account”, select “My Events”, you can cancel the event registration under the “Cancel registration” column. For members that no-show for 3 consecutive events, we regret to inform that you will be barred from attending any FWA events for the next 3 months. We hope you understand this policy as our events are often in high demand and your co-operation will allow those who can and wish to attend our events to do so. 

Event Images, Photos and Recordings Policy
Please do note that if you attend events or programmes organised, managed, administered or publicised by the FWA, by attending such events, you agree and consent to the use of your photograph, voice, likeness, and image in any broadcasts of such event and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of such event.  The photographs and recordings may be published or broadcasted in FWA publications and in publicity materials, including FWA’s websites and social media.
