In the last 12 months\, we have populated our Calendar of Events with yet more varied and interesting educational talks and/or and networki ng sessions\, most of which have been well received by our members\, based on the good level of registrations for each event. We brought to our memb ers quality speakers\, on topics of current interest\, ranging from Cultur al Capital\, Leadership\, to The Art of Connecting to People\, and Unconsc ious Bias. We introduced a new series of talks by our Male Champions who a re senior male leaders in the financial services industry\, with each sess ion focused on different areas such as the Wealth and Asset Management Ind ustry\, Digital Banking and Fintech and Corporate and Investment Banking. We continued our Up Close and Personal Breakfast Talks with senior female leaders who shared their personal career journeys\, so that mid- to senior - members can learn from and be inspired by these role models. Partnership s with our corporate members deepened\, through regular corporate lunch sh aring\, and partnered events with our corporate members. In addition to th e partnerships we have in past years with other select institutions such a s CFA\, this year we partnered with INSEAD to develop a FWA Gender Diversi ty survey\, in which at least 10 financial services institutions have part icipated including corporate members. Our Mentoring programme was once aga in a success by all accounts\, not just for our Mentees\, but also for man y of our Mentors. Our charity sub-committee continued with the FWA traditi on of serving the larger community beyond the financial industry\, via its collaboration with Junior Achievement\, to promote financial literacy in the young. Our membership base continued to grow.
