Before re-joining Morgan Stanley in May 2008\, she was a Region Head for Singapore\, Malaysia and Brunei for Citi Private Bank. She was responsible for the private bank’s overall business and a board director of Citi Trust Singapore. Su Shan was also the Singapore In vestment Centre Head. Su Shan was the founder and founding president of th e FWA in 2001 .Married with two children\, Su Shan is actively involved in fund-raising for various Singaporean charities and sits on the board of S ingapore’s KK Hospital Health Endowment Fund\, which provides financial support to needy patients. She was a past board member of the National Mus eum and a member of the International Women’s Foundation and the Young P residents Organisation. On the education front\, she is an advisor to Hwa Chong Institution\, SJI International School and Lincoln College\, Oxford University.
