Prio r to joining DBS\, Su Shan was Morgan Stanley’s Head of Private Wealth M anagement for Southeast Asia. Before re-joining Morgan Stanley in May 2008 \, she was a Region Head for Singapore\, Malaysia and Brunei for Citi Priv ate Bank. She was responsible for the private bank’s overall business an d a board director of Citi Trust Singapore. Su Shan was also the Singapore Investment Centre Head. Su Shan was the founder and founding president of the FWA in 2001 .Married with two children\, Su Shan is actively involved in fund-raising for various Singaporean charities and sits on the board o f Singapore’s KK Hospital Health Endowment Fund\, which provides financi al support to needy patients. She was a past board member of the National Museum and a member of the International Women’s Foundation and the Youn g Presidents Organisation. On the education front\, she is an advisor to H wa Chong Institution\, SJI International School and Lincoln College\, Oxfo rd University.
