Winner of the AWARE New Initiatives 2013 award\, Y-FWAM promises to be bigger and better than ever this year. We are expanding th e program based on the feedback and suggestions made by our alumni mentors and mentees. Y-FWAM 2014 highlights • It will be extended to 6 months - from April through November\, which will allow mentees to better measure their progress and implement changes • We are expanding the size of the program. There are 20 mentor and 20 mentees slots available and we are loo king for a broad and diverse range of people from all areas in financial s ervices to join us • The number of skills development sessions for Mente es will be expanded • The number of touch-points for Mentors has been in creased and they will be fully supported throughout the program • We hav e increased the opportunities for both Mentors and Mentees to come togethe r to network and to get to know FWA’s Executive Committee and other seni or members.
