We are expanding the p rogram based on the feedback and suggestions made by our alumni mentors an d mentees. Y-FWAM 2014 highlights • It will be extended to 6 months - fr om April through November\, which will allow mentees to better measure the ir progress and implement changes • We are expanding the size of the pro gram. There are 20 mentor and 20 mentees slots available and we are lookin g for a broad and diverse range of people from all areas in financial serv ices to join us • The number of skills development sessions for Mentees will be expanded • The number of touch-points for Mentors has been incre ased and they will be fully supported throughout the program • We have i ncreased the opportunities for both Mentors and Mentees to come together t o network and to get to know FWA’s Executive Committee and other senior members.
