Of all the people in parliament i n the world\, 13 percent are women. In the corporate sector\, the share of women who hold top jobs and board seats is no more than 15 percent. Citi executive and award winning author Marie Claire Lim Moore believes that if we want more women in leadership roles\, we can’t underestimate the imp ortance of balance.
