However\, capable women who have proved themselves at mid dle manager level all too often find themselves stuck\, unable to gain acc ess to senior management roles – the talent pool from which C-Suite lead ers emerge. What can be done to increase their chances of reaching those s enior positions\, thus unlocking more of the value that diversity at senio r levels can deliver? We are delighted to have on our panel men with vast experiences from varied backgrounds\, including banking\, insurance and fi nancial services advisory.
