The movie tells the stor y of the challenges faced by three African-American women before they went on to play key roles as mathematicians at the National Aeronautics and Sp ace Administration during the Space Race. The event will benefit Daughters of Tomorrow\, a local charity that seeks to empower women from underprivi leged backgrounds to achieve regular and sustained employment through indi vidual coaching. The event is free of charge for attendees\, though any pl edge of support for Daughters of Tomorrow is welcome.
