She is cur rently Group Head\, Consumer Banking & Wealth Management. She also serves as the President Commissioner for PT Bank DBS Indonesia. Prior to that\, S u Shan worked for Global Banks including CITI Private Bank\, Morgan Stanle y and ING Barings Security in Singapore\, London\, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Su Shan was a Nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore from 2012 to 2014. She was the founder and past president of the Financial Women’s Associa tion in Singapore\, and a board member of Aetos Holdings Pte Ltd\, a wholl y-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.
