Prior to joining K KR\, Mr Shastry served as a managing partner of Northstar Group for five y ears\, which at the time managed over $2 billion in private equity and ven ture capital funds with a focus on Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Norths tar\, he worked at TPG Capital for over 13 years\, ultimately running TPG ’s Southeast Asia business. Mr Shastry previously worked as an investmen t banker at Lehman Brothers in New York 1996 to 1998. He currently serves or has previously served on the boards of Goodpack\, PropertyGuru\, MMI Ho ldings\, Joulon Holdings\, Bank BTPN\, Parkway Holdings and Parkway Trust Management (manager of Parkway Life REIT).
