She is responsible for developing the data management capabilities of the Risk function and delivering risk reports and insights which inform an d support enterprise risk management and drive better decisions. Michele w as previously the Head of Analytics Monetisation and Business Planning for the Retail Bank in ASEAN and South Asia\, helping to drive the transforma tion of the business. She returned to the Bank in 2013 as a Senior Manager in Group Treasury supporting Financial Markets on strategic initiatives r elating to regulatory reform.
