She is responsible for developing the data management capabilities of th e Risk function and delivering risk reports and insights which inform and support enterprise risk management and drive better decisions. Michele was previously the Head of Analytics Monetisation and Business Planning for t he Retail Bank in ASEAN and South Asia\, helping to drive the transformati on of the business. She returned to the Bank in 2013 as a Senior Manager i n Group Treasury supporting Financial Markets on strategic initiatives rel ating to regulatory reform. Prior to a career break in 2011\, she was the Head of Group Stress Testing\, during which time she developed the Group ’s first Reverse Stress Test as part of the 2011 Individual Capital Adeq uacy Assessment Process.
