We seek your support to sign up to vote in our new executive committee team 2023. Our new Executive Committee slate will continue to strive to do their best of their abilities to empo wer Women to achieve their Personal and Professional Goals in order to dev elop a better Financial Services Community by promoting education\, advanc ement\, and recognition of women\, encourage young female leaders of tomor row to advance in finance through mentoring. Finally\, to contribute to so cial and community development for the sustainable betterment of women. As always\, FWA had a very busy and fulfilling 2022 as we transitioned back into a new normal of physical events. Key highlights in 2022 included 7 mo nthly events and an annual year end party which engaged more than 550 part icipants\; 2 corporate membership events of which we had 55 corporate memb ers YE 2022. Following COVID\, FWA Singapore sought to understand the work life balance amongst women in finance to support equitable growth. Our st rategic engagements pillar ran 5 breakfast sessions with champions engagin g 25 champions on diversity and inclusion and WEimpact held 2 dynamic hudd le sessions engaging +100 participants. Our cornerstone mentoring program received an overwhelming signup which ended with a final selection of 49 m entees (30%) out of the total applications with participation from 33 fina ncial institutions and other related organisations. It was a year of great achievement as we transitioned back into a new normal of physical events. On social media\, we have continued to grow with over 3.4k followers at Y E 2022.
