Dear Mentors and Mentees,

We hope you have had a good start to your mentoring journey so far.

Time flies, and we are almost at the mid-point of the programme. We would like to invite you to gather for our Third Milestone Event, which serves as a mid-point check to keep up the momentum, energy and direction within each Mentor-Mentee pair.

We have engaged Avodah People Solutions (www.avodahsolutions.com) to facilitate this session, focused on helping Mentees identify their personality types to more effectively set trackable goals with Mentors during this journey.

Mentors are also invited to join this session to derive a better understanding of personality match viz respective Mentees, whilst supporting Mentees' personal journeys.

All participants (both Mentors and Mentees) are requested to complete the online personality assessment tool via this link prior to the session:

The results of this personality assessment tool will be used for discussion during the session. If your respective Mentor or Mentee is not attending the session, you will still be paired with someone for exchange of ideas.

7:15 - 7.45pm     "Knowing Me, Knowing You" - Personality Assessment Tool Results - Analysis & Reflection

7.45 - 7.55pm     Break

7.55 - 8.45pm     "Making Goals Come True" - Personality-based Effective Goal Setting and Tracking

8.45 - 9.00pm     Closing by FWA & Avodah
