Dear Mentors and Mentees,

Thank you for having taken time to meet with the prospective mentors/mentees that we have paired you with, and provided your feedback. Over the next week, you will be contacted by the Committee with your finalised Mentor / Mentee.

We have tried our best to pair mentors and mentees up according to preference, but also seek your kind understanding that we have had to work within our constraints for those who may not have achieved your top preference. We ask that you continue to keep your hearts and minds open as you look towards building a healthy and constructive Mentor-Mentee relationship in the next 6-7 months.

To officially launch you on your respective Mentoring journeys, we would like to gather everyone together for our Second Milestone Event.

7:00 - 7:30pm    Opening by FWA - What to Expect, Guidelines, Etiquette

7:30 - 8.30pm     Break-out Groups: (1) Mentors - Coaching Techniques facilitated by Devendra Bisaria, Certified Coach

                                                           (2) Mentees - Sharing by AWF-FWA Mentoring Programme Alumni Mentees
