We look forward to bringing everyone together for the FWA AWF 2018 Speed Dating - Mentor/Mentee matching evening. Below is the general overview of what will happen on and after the matching event, should we not able to match you, or you are unable to attend on the night.

For those who are attending

• You can expect to interview up to 3-4 mentors/mentees during the evening
• By the end of the evening, you will be asked to indicate who you would best like to work - more instructions on the night
• You may or may not be matched successfully as we typically have more mentees than mentors attending the event
• Should we not able to match you successfully, you will go into a manual process where you will be asked to interview 2 mentors/mentees over the next few weeks.   More information to follow next week

For those who are unable to attend on the 24^th

You will be automatically entered into the manual process and asked to interview 2 mentors/mentees.  We will send you the names/contacts sometimes next week after we've completed the first round of matching.

We hope to have everyone matched by 22 June 2018 and you will be contacted via email with details of your mentor/Mentee match on or after that date, and prior to the Launch.

Agenda

• 6:00 - 7:00 Register, Meet, Greet, Eat
• 7:00 - 9:00 Introduction & Rules of Engagement/Participate in the interviews

Logistics

• Guests arrives at Capital Tower and proceed to Level 2 to register
• We will pass them an access card to enter the turnstile
• Guest takes lift to Level 37, and transfers lift to Level 38 which is the event venue
• At the end of event, drop the access card into the extreme left or right turnstile to exit

Materials

• Please bring along a pen and paper
• Read up on materials previously sent to you: ' Role of Mentors/Mentee' and for Mentee, "What to look for in a Mentor"
• The success of the match is vital to the success of the mentoring relationship - so do look for someone who will challenge your thinking and move you out of your comfort zone!
