FWA is pleased to partner with Singapore FinTech Association (SFA), ACCESS, and SHE Blockchainers Asia (SBA) on our WINTECH series on Blockchain in Fintech.

Satoshi Nakamoto first published a whitepaper outlining the details of the bitcoin concept in 2008. Since then, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology has proven its tremendous potential in the finance industry.

In this panel session, we will discuss the applications of blockchain in the fintech space and highlight a few blockchain-enabled business models. We will also cover questions such as: How does blockchain technology play a role in the cryptocurrency world? What is an ICO, and what is the difference between a security vs. utility token? How can we leverage on blockchain technology to build inclusive economies? What is the future of cryptocurrencies?

FWA thanks SFA and ACCESS for the kind sponsorship of venue, food and beverage at this event.
