Come and vote in the New Committee
The 2010 FWAS AGM has been diarised for the year. We invite all our members to come forward and vote for your 2010 FWAS Committee, and express views close to your hearts on how the FWAS can continue to improve to serve you!
The Agenda for the AGM will be circulated to members in due course pursuant to the FWAS Constitution
Needless to say, this evening is definitely going to be one with a sweet ending!!
FWAS members come and meet a “Knight of Gastronomy” and learn how to taste chocolate like a professional.
If you have not renewed your membership then it is time to do so as this special not to be missed occasion is for members only!!
The guest speaker for the evening is the Master Chocolatier and Chef extraordinaire, Vincent Bourdin.
It would be impolite to describe Vincent in a few words alone. He is a worldly man, with a resume overflowing with amazing experiences and is currently the pastry consultant at Valrhona. Vincent is passionate about food and its history and is a tea connoisseur.
Mark this date as it should definitely not be missed!!
Vincent will enthral us with his knowledge about all things chocolate in his workshop and we will have the privilege of indulging in his very own confections all the way from France
“The workshop will cover the history, evolution and appreciation of all things about chocolate. Learn the basics and understand the significance of cocoa content, plantations and all the things that make a piece of chocolate exceptional”
